• Tin can (soup, fruit or vegetable can)
• Craft knife
• Can opener
• votive candle

Instructions:

1. Open the can carefully so as to keep the edges as clean as possible. Remove contents.
2. Peel label off of can.
3. Thoroughly wash can inside and out. Make sure to remove all of the glue from the label.
4. Use the craft knife to cut diagonal holes in the can. See diagram:

Once all the holes are cut, place your hand over the top of the can and press down with even pressure. The sides of the can will bow.

Place candle inside of can.
