| Angelfood cake with
strawberry sauce |
Ingredients:
- White angelfood cake mix
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 package frozen strawberries
- honey to taste
- 1/8 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
Method
- Bake angelfood cake according to package directions
- Just before serving: combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate, honey
and frozen strawberries in a food processor or blender. Process until
smooth.
- To serve, place one slice of cake on each plate and spoon sauce over
the middle. Garnish with strawberries or orange sections.
