| Marinated mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 2 cups small fresh mushrooms, cleaned (or use canned mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
Method
- Wash and drain mushrooms. Place in bowl.
- Combine all other ingredients. Add to bowl. Toss to coat mushrooms.
- Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Stir a few times during marinating
period.
- To serve: drain mushrooms and place in a lettuce lined bowl.
