| Baked Potatoes with Dill Sauce

Ingredients:
- Bakers potatoes
- melted butter or olive oil
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 6 oz. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
Method:
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Prick them all over using a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with melted butter or olive oil.
- For grilling: wrap each potato in foil and grill for 40 minutes or
until tender when pierced with a fork.
- For baking: place potatoes in a baking pan, or wrap in foil and place
on baking racks. Bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes or until tender
when pierced with a fork.
- For dill sauce. Mix cream chees and sour cream until thoroughly combined,
stir in minced dill. Refrigerate until serving time.
- Other potatoe toppers: plain sour cream, whipped butter, chopped green
onion, real bacon bits (fry bacon 'til crisp, cool, break into bits),
shredded cheese, salsa, cottage cheese combined with chopped green onion.
