| Grilled Onions
|
Ingredients:
- 6 vidallia onions or other sweet, large onions
- 1 large bottle of Italian vinegrette salad dressing
- oil for the grill
Method:
- Cut the onions into thick slices (1/2" thick).
- Place the onions in a bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat the onions.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Lightly oil your grills. BBQ the onions over low heat until they're
as tender as you like them. Turn them occasionally.
