| Hot Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/8 cup prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- oil for the grill
Method:
- Combine honey, mustard and hot sauce in a large, non-reactive bowl.
Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting while cooking (refrigerate
it)
- Add chicken, toss to combine and refrigerate several hours or over
night.
- Lightly oil grill.
- Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked through (10 - 15 minutes
per side). Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. (Don't baste with
marinade that the chicken was in. You may reintroduce bacteria that
doesn't get fully cooked.)
