Jack O'lantern T-Shirt
Materials:
  • One orange t-shirt or sweat-shirt, or a white shirt and some orange fabric dye
  • black fabric paint
  • cardboard
  • sewer's tracing paper and tracing wheel
Instructions:
If you have a white shirt, follow directions on the fabric dye package to dye the shirt orange. Let dry completely.
You can hand-draw your Jack O'Lantern face or use our pattern. Click here for our pattern. Print it out.
Place the shirt, front side up on a flat work surface. Insert a piece of cardboard between the back and front of the shirt and smooth out any wrinkles.
If you're using our pattern, place the sewer's tracing paper, ink side down in the center of the shirt front. Place our pattern over top and trace the outlines of the pattern using the tracing wheel.
Color the face in using black fabric paint. Let dry completely before removing cardboard.
