Easy Cinnamon Buns 
Ingredients:
  • white bread dough (make this in your breadmaker according to manufacturer's instructions, or purchase unbaked bread dough from your grocer's freezer)
  • 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 Tbsp butter
Method:
  • Spray and 8" x 12" baking pan with oil.
  • Make dough in the breadmaker or defrost frozen dough.
  • Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread dough with butter.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon, then with brown sugar.
  • Sprinkle with raising.
  • From the long side of the rectangle, roll the dough tightly.
  • Pinch the edge of the roll to secure it to the roll.
  • Slice the roll into 8 equal, thich pieces.
  • Turn the pieces right side up and place them in the prepared pan. They should lightly touch one another.
  • Cover with a towel and put the pan in a warm place. Allow dough to rise about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Bake buns until golden brown. Remove from oven. Remove buns from pan to cool on a wire rack.
