| Quick sachets for Mom |
Mom can put these sweet smelling
sachets in her closet or bureau. They're easy to make - no sewing required.
Materials
- lace handkerchief
- pot-pourri (1/2 cup to 1 cup depending on the size of the handkerchief)
- 24" satin ribbon
Instructions:
- Cut a piece of satin ribbon at least 12" long.
- Place the handkerchief stretched out on a table, right side down.
- Place a large pile of pot-pourri in the middle of the handkerchief.
- Gather the handkerchief up around the pot-pourri, tightly. Tie closed with ribbon.
- Cut the loose ribbon ends to desired length. Trim with a bow made from more ribbon.
