Hydrangea Wreath

  • grapevine, honeysuckle or willow wreath base,
  • peegee or blue hydrangea,
  • dried flowers to match your decor,
  • various pods
  • beard moss
  • glue.
Here is a PeeGee Hydrangea Wreath enhanced with Pink Roses, Rose Celosia, Preserved Lemon Leaves, Lotus Pods, and Poppy Pods. Follow these steps to create your own design.

Instructions:
  1. Assemble: Glue hydrangea heads onto the wreath base. Use various sizes to cover the sides and the center. Work in one direction until the base is covered with hydrangea.

  2. hydrangea wreathHydrangea Base: Now you have a nice neutral base, a canvas of mixed PeeGee Hydrangea on which to add your drieds.

  3. hydrangea wreathAdd drieds: Now add any color drieds to match your decor. For this particular design, I enhanced the natural colors of the hydrangea with roses, celosia, and preserved lemon leaves. Add pods such as poppy pods and lotus pods, weave all the elements together with beard moss.
