• Red sweat shirt
• 8" x 12" piece of green satin
• 8" x 12' piece fusible web

Instructions:

Remove the backing from one side of the fusible web. Iron it onto the wrong side of the green satin. Let it cool.

Print out out tree shape, enlarged to fit the 8" x 12" piece of satin. Or, create your own tree shape. Trace the tree shape onto the paper backing on the fusible web. Cut out the shape.

Remove the backing from the fusible web. Center the tree shape on the red sweatshirt and iron on.

To seal the edges of the satin tree, trace all edges with 3 dimensional fabric paint. Let dry.

Sew on buttons as ornaments on the tree. You can use almost any buttons. Small buttons in primary colours look nice, or you can use metalic buttons, star shaped buttons, etc.

To wash, turn inside out and wash in the machine on gentle cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
